Grâce au savoir-faire de ses charcutiers/bouchers, la renommée de ses produits ne cesse de croître et elle est reconnue par tous les professionnels au travers de ses nombreuses médailles attribuées au niveau régional et national, tel le Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2013 avec l’obtention de la médaille d’Or pour la saucisse de Morteau. La saucisse de Montbéliard, le Jambon fumé du Haut-Doubs, le Bresi et le Jésus de Morteau font partie également des fleurons des charcuteries et salaisons de la Maison Barbier.
